In many cases, diabetes can be reversed if a large amount of weight lostby diet and exercise.

Because your health is low, if you are overweight, you are also more prone to disease. Your immune system is low and your body is under great physical effort to fight disease. There is a higher incidence of many diseases, including some types of cancer in obese people.
